Essential Oil for Tapping Into Your Creative Energy

Essential Oil

Have you ever felt that sometimes there seems to be an empty canvas just staring back at you or you are holding your keypad and going through your thought processes but an idea is no where to be found? The common phrase for this is termed “the writer’s block” and it is also common among singers, song writer’s and artists.

Essential Oil help individuals to liven up the mind and boost creative energy in various walks of life. Here we are going to look into more detailed information about essential oils and how powerful they are. These aromatic potions are truly great for writer’s and creative blocks because often times many creative people go through a dry spell where simply nothing shows up!

There can be many factor to this phenomena and it all just boils down to low energy release. Our bodies naturally tends to produce what is necessary for our well being and sometimes it might have been so called “over used” of our creative capacity. Fortunately there is nothing like a little bit of natural boost from mother nature in a bottle that can’t help.

Essential Oils that Help Improve Your Focus

Thru research, the following essential oils have been recommended to help boost clarity & focus and keep your mind/brain on renewed track. To get such vital useful oils, look out for oils with scents that are crisp and stimulating such as:

Rosemary

Basil

Juniper

Sage

Eucalyptus

Peppermint

Essential Oil

It has been found that such oils are ideal for exciting mental energy and will help fight off fatigue and loss of memory when they rear their ugly heads. You can utilize any of these solely or simply create a good mix of them by bringing together a few drops of your preferred ones.

Did you know that essential oil have compounds Monoterpenes that are responsible for their flavor and aroma? These compounds are most abundant in essential oils. Another compound found in these aromatic liquids Sesquiterpenes can also erase or deprogram miswritten codes in the DNA!

THE TRIPLE WHAMMY
The big triple punch combination of “PMS” (Phenylpropanoids, Monoterpenes, and Sesquiterpenes) found in essential oils is very powerful in addressing many illnesses, injuries, and disease conditions. That is because this combination offers the following:

First, you clean the receptor sites allowing the proper transfer of hormones, peptides, neurotransmitters, steroids, and other intracellular messengers. (The Phenylpropanoids do that.)

Second, you deprogram or erase the wrong information from cellular memory stored in the DNA. (The Sesquiterpenes take care of that.)

Third, you reprogram the cells with the correct information so they can function properly. (The Monoterpenes do this.)

These three classes of chemical components are why essential oils can sometimes affect a healing that is nearly instant and also permanent. What they simply do is to restore the body back to its natural state of balance and health. While a specific oil may have one or two of these three classes of compounds as its predominant chemistry, all the Biblical oils contain some of all of them. This is one secret to their amazing healing abilities.

So there you have it in a nutshell: The way the blood-brain barrier works and the biochemistry of one of the ways essential oils can help achieve a healing. (The triple whammy content is taken from the blood brain barrier by David Stewart, Ph.D.,R.A.)

How to use these essential oils for creative energy

It is as basic as breathing in the scents that’s present within the oils. The easiest way to tap into using these oils – is to open up a bottle content containing any of them and then take a deep inhalation. It will instantly flood your senses at the time of breathing such in, and you should experience the benefits straightway. Another approach is to seek out a way to fill the air within your space with your desired oil scent. My most favorite way is applying drops at the back of my neck! Especially before bed, it knocks me right out into a deep sleep and waking up refreshed.

You can also fill out your room or entire living space with these nature’s gift. This can be done by filling up a pot with water, adding say 6 to 10 drops of your preferred oil, and then heating the mixture on a stove till it begins to steam and fill the entire air with the desired scent.
